Protect your rope with the tough #4 duck canvas and a layer of vinyl coated polyester. The CMC Edge Guard is secured closed with a two-inch strip of hook-and-loop. A strong web loop lets you anchor the Edge Guard to keep it in place. CMC does not use grommets for anchoring points as a moving rope can abrade a grommet enough to create a sharp edge. Use the CMC Edge Guard to protect anchor ropes and webbing as well as your rescue ropes.
