The STORM SURGE Series of rescue tools from TNT Rescue are the latest evolution of battery-operated rescue tools from TNT Rescue. TNT Rescue STORM SURGE tools are some of the fastest, most powerful battery powered rescue tools available today. A 3-stage pump increases tool speed by 40% and the tool will maintain its speed through the cut or spread without any loss of power or performance. The faster operation speed allows for faster cutting and spreading along with shorter cycle times opening and closing the tool to prepare for the next cut, spread or push.
In addition to the increase in speed and power, STORM SURGE Tools operate on a single Battery. The battery is positioned on the center-line of the tool in front of the control handle for exceptional balance and tool control, as well as presenting a narrower tool profile for working in tight spaces.

The STORM SURGE ESLCC-24 Breaching Combination Tool is designed for close quarters scenarios such as confined space rescue, structural collapse, and forcible entry. The ESLCC-24 is super compact with an overall length of only 31” and weighs just over 40 lbs. with the battery installed.
