Matsack Leak Sealing System

Operating Guidelines for MatSack Leak Sealing Kit
System Operates at 25 p.s.i./ 1.7 bar maximum
1. Insert MatJack airbag into MatSack of appropriate size & connect to coupling inside sack.
2. Zip sack closed and snap zipper hood into place.
3. Attach male end of steel line to a lock fitting on outside corner of sack.
4. Attach 20' safety relief hose to end of steel line.
5. Attach control to relief hose, then attach regulator and hose to air source.
6. At rupture site, place neoprene pad on opening to absorb sharp edges
7. Place MatSack over neoprene pad.
8. Caution- Neoprene pad is only in place to protect sack from sharp edges.
9. Once MatSack is in place, run ratchet belts with barricade covers in place through loops on Matsack.
10. Once ratchet belts are in place and tightened, begin air bag inflation until ruptured area is sealed.
11. DO NOT OVERINFLATE, DUE TO TREMENDOUS FORCES CREATED BY AIRBAGS MORE DAMAGE MAY OCCUR .
12. If ruptured area is not sealed in first attempt, deflate bag, reposition Matsack with padding, then re-inflate.
