The Instant Anchor was designed by a Firefighter for establishing a quick anchor attachment utilizing the hitch receiver on a vehicle. This simple device is specifically designed and engineer tested to meet the needs of Firefighters, SWAT Teams, Arborists, Military, Rescuers, and even Sport Climbers.

If you have access to a securely installed 2" hitch receiver on a vehicle, you can rig a secure anchor point in a matter of seconds.

The Instant Hitch Anchor fits class V vehicle receiver hitches.  The receiver hitch should be manufactured by a reputable facility and have a minimum load capacity of 9,000 pounds.  The receiver hitch should be properly bolted to the frame of the vehicle in accordance to manufacturer’s instructions.
