Lysekilen Wedge Air Lifting Bags
Lysekilen medium pressure wedge air lifting bags have been developed over several decades in cooperation with Swedish rescue organizations. The result is a proven and tested wedge-shaped air lifting bag that helps rescuers lift heavy objects, such as trucks, buses and trains in the most demanding situations. Lysekilen air lifting bags have become the standard for air lifting bags in Finland, Norway and Spain.
WEDGE SHAPE - Lysekilen Wedge shaped medium pressure air lifting bags operate at a maximum of 14 PSI and are designed to maintain full surface contact with the lifted object during the entire lift. The wedge shape allows the bag to follow the arc movement associated with hinge lifts thereby reducing the risk of kick-outs.
FULL LIFTING CAPACITY - Whether you need to lift a few inches, or a few feet, Lysekilen medium pressure air bags provide their rated lifting capacity through the entire height of the lift. This capability can save rescuers valuable minutes during rescue operations by completing the lift in a single operation without needing to stop and add, or stack additional air bags.
DEMANDING ENVIRONMENTS - Lysekilen products are made for the most demanding rescue environments and were originally developed for the harsh Scandinavian climate. With multilayer, high-end rubber materials, these air bags are designed to withstand rocks, glass and off-road materials.
INSERTION MADE EASY - The Lysekilen patented insertion-nose loops allows Lysekilen air bags to be pushed or pulled into narrow gaps and spaces. Lysekilen medium pressure air lifting bags require only ¼” of clearance for the insertion nose to be inserted under the object to be lifted.
HIGH END MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION - Lysekilen air bags are designed in two levels and constructed from premium materials.
Pressure Layer: Constructed from tear-resistant polyester fabric coated with abrasion proof Neoprene rubber.
Exterior Layers: The sides are reinforced with coated fabric. The top and bottom feature double strength, double polyamide cord with three layers of puncture resistant rubber. The outer top & bottom layer feature a non-stick surface with a fabric impression surface to aid in maintaining contact with the ground and object being lifted.
HANDLES AND SELF-PACKING DESIGN - Lysekilen air bags feature carrying handles on the rear for easy handling/positioning and transport. After use, the Lysekilen medium pressure air bag easily returns to a well packed shape that is ready to deploy and easy to store.
