Fire Hose Tester - Gas - 12.5 GPM - 500 PSI
The FH series of fire hose testers from Rice Hydro allows you to take control of your hose testing in-house and are designed to safely test fire hose up to 6″ in diameter. The FH12.5 tester is powered by a gasoline motor (Honda) and uses a Triplex ceramic plunger hydrostatic pump with an inner oil bath to ensure a long pump life and increased stability while testing. The FH12.5 tester offers flows of 12.5 GPM with test pressures up to 500 PSI.
The heavy duty manifold comes standard with four discharges; each discharge is independently controlled with a stainless steel ball valve so you have precise control of each hose line being tested. Unique to the RICE Hydro line of fire hose testers is a ball valve strategically placed on the inlet piping that allows the user to fill with “LARGE VOLUME at LOW PRESSURE” and test with “LOW VOLUME at HIGH PRESSURE”, eliminating the elements that can cause wild/uncontrolled lines.
• Independently controlled outlet ball valves, with NST couplings
• Stainless Steel liquid-filled 0 – 600 PSI gauge, ensures accurate readings
• Adjustable pressure regulator from 70 – 700 PSI
• Rugged roll cage construction, protects pump from damage
• Medium duty 4" casters included, anti-friction roller bearing, Plexite phenolic wheel
• 5 Year Warranty from Manufacturers Defect
